Learn Guitar Hub is an educational resource. Here's what that does — and doesn't — mean.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Educational purposes only

All content on chordcanvas.co — lessons, exercises, diagrams, roadmaps, and interactive tools — is published in good faith for general educational and informational purposes only. It reflects common guitar pedagogy and music-theory conventions, but it is not tailored to you personally and is not a substitute for lessons with a qualified teacher.

2. Practice safely

Playing guitar is a physical activity. Warm up before practising, take regular breaks, and stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, numbness, or tingling in your fingers, hands, wrists, or arms. Mild fingertip soreness is normal for beginners; persistent joint or tendon pain is not. Nothing on this Site is medical advice — if pain persists, consult a doctor or physiotherapist.

3. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep every chord diagram, scale pattern, and theory explanation correct, but we make no warranty that all content is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Musical conventions also vary between traditions and teachers. If you spot an error, please let us know and we will correct it.

4. Tools are practice aids

The in-browser metronome, tuner reference tones, ear trainers, and jam tracks are practice aids generated by your browser's audio engine. Timing and pitch are as accurate as your device allows but are not certified for professional calibration. Protect your hearing: start at a low volume, especially with headphones.

5. External links disclaimer

The Site links to external websites (for example, licensed lyric and tab services, gear manufacturers, and reference material) that are not provided, maintained, or in any way affiliated with us. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of information on any external site, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.

6. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

To keep the Site free, we may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) and may in future use affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you purchase through certain links, at no extra cost to you. Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser; an ad's appearance on the Site is not a recommendation by us. Gear guidance on this Site is generic and vendor-neutral.

7. Fair use of referenced works

Song entries list chord progressions, keys, and song structures as factual reference for education. Copyrighted lyrics and note-for-note transcriptions are deliberately not reproduced here; links point to licensed sources instead. All referenced song titles, artist names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
