• All lessons, exercises, diagrams, and interactive tools are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial educational use.
• You may print pages (including the printable reference sheet) for your own practice, and share links to the Site freely.
• You may not scrape, republish, sell, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content as your own, whether commercially or otherwise, without prior written permission.
• You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the content of the Site — lesson text, original exercises, jam-track designs, diagrams, page design, and code — is owned by Learn Guitar Hub and protected by applicable copyright laws. Chord names, chord progressions, scales, and other musical facts are not copyrightable and remain free for everyone. Song entries reference progressions and structures as factual information and link to licensed third-party sources for copyrighted lyrics and note-for-note transcriptions; trademarks and referenced works remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Interactive tools

The metronome, tuner reference tones, ear trainers, jam tracks, and practice timers are provided "as is" as practice aids. The tuner provides reference pitches only and is not a substitute for a calibrated tuning device where precise intonation matters. Audio starts only after you press a button, and you are responsible for setting a safe listening volume.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Learning materials are general in nature — see the Disclaimer.
